The foundation currently is not "online" and so the best avenue for contact is the above post office box. Email through this web site will be channeled to the foundation but it is not considered the primary way to contact them.
This website was built in partnership between Celia's Rainbow Foundation and Blank Development. We worked together with Joanne to try to get the story of the Garden online and available to those who want to learn more about Celia's story as well as others who are memorialized in the garden. It is our goal to have a story about each person who has been touched by the garden or has a memorial located there available on this site.
